Double storey rear extension in Sutton Coldfield
A double storey rear extension was built to create a larger kitchen and more living space downstairs. Upstairs had an extra bedroom added and one bedroom was enlarged to include an en-suite.
The pipes had to be removed as shown below and new pipes installed as there was evidence they had collapsed.
The patio was also relaid in new Indian stone, leaving the customer ready to decorate and enjoy their new home.
The build was pretty simple but care had to be taken to keep the kitchen and bathroom working for as long as possible to minimise inconvenience to the customer. They were really pleased with the end result.
