Single storey rear extension

The customer wanted to remove the conservatory and improve the living area in the kitchen landscape the rear garden.

This was a build with a few challenges, the foremost being that all of the soil had to be taken through the house since there was no access to the rear garden form the road.

Pipes were replaced and a crane was used to install the RSJ supports.

The bifold doors and lantern are a great feature on this extension, bringing in lots of natural light, and something well worth considering for single storey extensions.

Underfloor heating was also installed in the kitchen for a luxurious feel in the winter months.
